The land is 1450 s.m. in a quiet place that rarely blows the north wind with a rocky private beach
which has a natural cave, formed properly to be safely accessed by children and elders. There is a
wonderful landscaping garden with tropical plants, including papaya trees, pineapple trees etc.,
and a 58 s.m. pool with sea water. A barbecue is also available as well as more than 6 sitting areas.
The tranquil village of Makrigialos, as well as the nearby villages of Agia Fotia, Galini and
Koutsounari, offer plenty of beautiful beaches where guests may relax and enjoy the tranquility and
the natural beauty of the area. Within 400-500 meters away you can find several local taverns and a
mini-market, whereas there are bigger super-markets at about 2 km away. More modern amenities
are available in the town of Ierapetra including traditional taverns and cozier restaurants, bars and
cafes, open all round, giving to the guests several alternatives for food, drink, nightlife and
amusement.
